Brett Christophers

Brett Christophers is a geographer based out of the Institute for Housing and Urban Research at Uppsala University. His work focuses on various aspects of Western capitalism, both historically and in the present day. He is the author of The New Enclosure: The Appropriation of Public Land in Neoliberal Britain (2018), Rentier Capitalism: Who Owns the Economy, and Who Pays for It? (2020), and Our Lives in Their Portfolios: Why Asset Managers Own the World (2023).
