Charlie Jane Anders

Charlie Jane Anders is the author of the 2016 novel All the Birds in the Sky, which won the 2017 Nebula Award for Best Novel, the Locus Award for Best Fantasy Novel, and the Crawford Award. It was also a finalist for the 2017 Hugo Award for Best Novel. She is also the founding editor of the sci-fi website io9, the organizer of the Writers With Drinks reading series in San Francisco, and the recipient of the 2005 Lambda Literary Award, the 2009 Emperor Norton Award, and the 2012 Hugo Award for her other fiction. Her latest novel, The City in the Middle of the Night, comes out in February 2019.
